Description
A pale, cool pink with white visual texture where thick. PG-54 Lunar Pink gives the visual effect is caused by the scattering of sunlight through the Earth's atmosphere during the moonrise.
Give your pottery beautifully unique looks with Amaco Phase Glazes. These glazes are designed to induce controlled phase separation, resulting in gorgeous patterns and depth. This phenomenon creates mesmerizing patterns and gradients in the glaze, resulting in unparalleled depth and dimensionality in your finished pieces. The glazes can be used on or over Potter Choice Glazes, and they can also be mixed to give you an infinite palette of colors.

Working Notes
Layers well over AMACO Celadons, Potter's Choice and Satin Matte glazes. For layering, please apply 3 coats over 3 coats. Glaze layering fired results may run if paired with a runny glaze. We recommend testing any layering combination prior to putting it on a full ceramic piece.
Shake well before use. For best results, do not thin the glaze and apply 3-4 brush coats to Cone 04 bisque. (Let the glaze dry between coats.)
The more coats of glaze applied, the more phase separation will occur.
Glaze will show more spots where pooling occurs in deeper recesses and texture.
Spots will increase in size on horizontally fired pieces with thicker glaze application.
Vertically fired pieces will show more movement.

Please note, dinnerware safety is not defined by cutlery scratches. Finished ware producers bear responsibility for dinnerware safe testing their ware being sold into commerce.
