Description
Firing Range: 1040°C-1140°C
Smooth earthenware body, starting from a light rose colour at the lower temperature range, turning more terracotta at the top end. Good for hand building.

"This is such beautiful clay. Smooth and a joy to work on the wheel with. It’s my favourite clay to date, that I’ve worked with, out of buff and white stoneware and porcelain clays. It’s a softer colour than the usually terracotta and just what I was looking for to create Olla’s and Tapas dishes with ease. "I Love this Rose Terracotta clay, it is soft to use but very easy to make small animal sculptures. Holds its shape well and is strong. Fires well too."
