"I bought this to test on a textured test tile- white stoneware clay. I fired it at 150 per hr to 1000, 75 per hour to 1200 10 min hold. Pyrometric cones read at a good hot cone 6 . The results are fantastic. Have bought more to test on some other pieces. The glaze is very Matt with speckle/mottled finish, 1 coat is like a coloured wash 2 and 3 coats more dense. "
