 WEB ORDER PROCESSING ASSISTANT

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

The role of the web order processing assistant is to ensure that all customer service expectations are met when it comes to processing website and telephone orders.

 

MAIN DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS

 

  • Processing (picking/packing) website and telephone orders under strict deadlines
  • Accuracy and efficiency in trying to 'get as much done' as possible during each working day and ensuring all jobs are completed by the deadlines
  • Computer literate and good understanding of systems
  • 'Can do' attitude and doing anything to help colleagues and customers
  • Showing initiative during quieter times by either re-stocking, pricing of new deliveries, asking what can be done, price checks on the system etc.
  • Flexible with the needs of the business to help out in other areas

 

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Accurate and efficient and good at working to deadlines
  • Be of able to heavy lift up to 25 kg when required
