Ceramic Buttons used to attach ceramic fibre to the internal dimensions of a kiln.
To attach: place buttons ove fibre and thread nicrome wire (high temp) through button fibre and kiln surface.†Secure connection buy twisting wire on top of cover...careful not to compress fibre as you will lose some insulating quality.

Rigidiser
An inorganic liquid hardening agent for ceramic fibre blanket and board. It produces a hard surface finish with increased resistance to mechanical abrasion and to gas flow erosion. Hardener can be applied by brushing, spraying or dipping.
Rigidiser will help the walls of the kiln made with blanket fibre from being too flaky.
