I've used other pads in the past but none are as good as Scotchbrite. They're usefull for all sorts of jobs around the house such as: Repairing the grain on brushed stainless steel. (use a random circular motion for this) Cleaning specs of paint from spectacles. Removing scratches from DVDs Removing usightly facial blemishes Removing unwanted facial hair from women Chewing on a small piece can some remove some of the staining on a smokers teeth though this has no effect on their foul breath. It's like the blue tack of the abrasive pad world, very handy stuff. 28th Nov, 2011
